This my friends is what we lovingly refer to as a "Honey for the Money".  Some appliances are in working order, and some aren't and need fixing or repair.  It is being sold "as is, parts only" due to water damage, possible mold and unknown condition of all appliances and systems.  Firm on price for project, salvage, rebuild fish house or hunting shack, or large flatbed trailer.
